By offering one-on-one coaching, tailored meal plans, supplement protocols, and digital products, The Triathlon Dietitian aims to empower athletes to achieve their goals and reach their peak potential. Future plans include expanding to combat and action sports athletes and recreational fitness enthusiasts looking to achieve their body composition goals.

I’m driven to help athletes overcome the physical and psychological barriers standing between them and their goals. I do this by simplifying nutrition, providing practical, evidence-based coaching, and partnering with my athletes as they make sustainable lifestyle changes that enhance their health, performance, and longevity. Through strategic guidance and tailored nutrition plans that respect my athletes' personal and cultural preferences, I identify impactful areas for improvement, and support them through the complexities of change.
